Elementary, Preschool, and Nursery MidWeek MeetUp Registration page.

Winter/Spring MidWeek MeetUp is most Wednesday nights 6pm-7:30pm.

Click on the Grade level you are signing you child up for. If you have kids in multiple levels you will need to do multiple sign ups. This is so we do not exceed capacity for our rooms.

Once your registration is complete, you will receive and email confirmation along with a list of the rules for each area and health questions to review before you drop your kiddos off.

DROP OFF

Drop off will start 5:50pm
For the Elementary kids, you will just let them out of the cars under the covered entrance on the playground side. No need to sign them in.
For nursery, you will need to park your car and walk them into the covered entrance by the fellowship hall.
At both locations a fever check will be done before being allowed to enter, they must have a temperature of 99 or less.

HOW IT WORKS

All groups will remain in their spaces throughout the evening:

Preschool and Nursery will meet in the Preschool Hall
Kindergarten and First will meet in Hudson Hall
Second and Third will meet in the Fireside room
Fourth and Fifth will either be in the Connect room or the Holy Ground room.

Each group will have a bible study period, a choir period (we will not force them to sing we promise), and a snack/game period. Ms Stephanie will be rotating between the rooms to have choir. We will be providing all the kids with a bottle of water and a prepacked snack (like gold fish or plain chips.) If your child has dietary restrictions or allergies, you can send them with a snack that is individually sealed. NO PEANUTS OR TREE NUTS WILL BE ALLOWED! Absolutely no sharing will be allowed.

PICK UP

Elementary-Pick up will be at 7:30pm. Cars will line up coming up the hill to the covered entrance with the passenger door closest to the building. Please do not get out and come in the building unless it is an emergency. We will send the kids out to you.

Nursery/Preschool-You will need to come in to gather your kids. Please wait outside of the preschool hall and our staff will bring your little one(s) to you.

I know it’s tempting to grab your littles and just walk down the hall and grab your older kids, and in a different time we’d be totally cool with that. But for now, please do not do that. Please drive around to the other side to pick them up as instructed above.
