At Bluff Park UMC Volunteers in Mission (VIM) provides many opportunities for Bluff Park UMC members and friends to share God’s love through hands-on projects that serve others. In the past our team has worked on Hurricane and Tornado relief efforts in South Carolina, Mississippi, and most recently in Alabama. We regularly work on new home construction through Habitat for Humanity in Birmingham. We have also traveled overseas to work with missionaries in Ecuador, Chile, and Latvia. One of the goals of the missions program at Bluff Park UMC is that every church member will take advantage of an opportunity to serve on a VIM team.
VIM invites members and friends of Bluff Park UMC to work with us as we seek to be “God’s Love in Action,” helping those in need and building relationships with our brothers and sisters all around the world. Call the church office (822-0910) for more information.
